To help with their worldwide clients, Pemamek has an extensive customer support network with global partners. Given the demand for their products, solutions, and established US partnerships, PEMA is poised to be very successful in North America. JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of the Regional Sales Manager Gulf Region is to build a market position by developing, negotiating, and executing the strategies and initiatives required to drive sales and profitability across The Gulf Coast Region.
Must have
a track record of success and business growth in a solution-sales environment, targeting hard automation, and
welding production environment. This position requires a high degree of self-starting and self-discipline to be productive and effective. Mainly domestic, plus some international travel would constitute more than 100 days a year; deals are made with customers. Although working autonomously for independent sales results, the person also must be able to develop positive collaboration with colleagues to deliver the best level of customer-driven solutions to PEMA customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a Sales budget with Director of Sales, and execute a growth plan Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts. Mine and collect unique strategic information that will enable the team to propose a unique value offering to prospective customers. Build relationships within the machinery and heavy metal manufactory industry at all management levels Make regular sales calls with new and existing customers in assigned markets Create and present opportunity briefs to obtain internal approvals Serve as Sales Project Lead (SPL) on approved opportunities Work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors to create solutions that meet customers’ needs and budget Make joint sales calls with business partners in selected customer cases, train local partners when necessary Review/Produce detailed cost estimates and proposals describing Pemamek’s solutions Create and conduct effective, accurate, and technically correct customer presentations KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Five or more years of successful experience in Welding Production sales,
background in welding . An ideal candidate has a proven track record from heavy metal welding automation and/or hard automation industry, in the role of equipment, or entire production line with Sales Accountability. Good experience with some typical client industries (i.e. heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, industrial boilers, oil & gas and process, and wind energy). A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an Associate degree in Welding technology is preferred Proven track record of driving sales and closing deals through new business development Experience in a customer-centric, custom-solution environment where problem-solving is a key characteristic of a consultative sales process. Excellent communication skills, and a professional presence Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and networking skills Entrepreneurial self-starter with a tenacious go-getter approach Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office suite and CRM technology Valid Driving license and active passport Willingness to travel regionally and Internationally Willing to travel by car or plane USA work authorization, No VISA sponsorship is available Fluency in English, Spanish language would be a benefit THE OFFER:
