Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
Proactively source and generate leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, digital outreach).
Qualify inbound leads generated by Marketing campaigns, ensuring fit and readiness for sales presentation engagement.
Maintain a steady cadence of outreach to build pipeline across assigned customer segments.
Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Directors, ensuring smooth handoff and clear documentation.
Support Sales Directors by providing account insights, lead notes, and prospect background.
Own appointment-setting KPIs (calls, connects, meetings booked).
Opportunity to directly sell to your own book of business.
Manage outreach to a defined customer segment (e.g., independent dealers, regional groups, or OEM tiers).
Build relationships with prospects to nurture interest and move them into the sales funnel.
Track and report on segment-specific pipeline growth.
Operational Discipline
Maintain CRM rigor with accurate lead data, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
Partner with VP of Sales to provide feedback on campaign quality and lead conversion.
Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency in messaging and prospect experience.
Success Metrics
Number of qualified appointments scheduled per month.
Conversion rate of marketing-generated leads to Sales Director meetings.
Conversion rate of self-generated leads to closed sales.
Pipeline growth within assigned customer segment.
CRM activity metrics (calls, emails, connects logged).
Contribution to overall ARR growth through lead generation.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles (SaaS or automotive preferred).
Proven ability to generate leads and book appointments in a high-volume environment.
Strong communication skills—confident on the phone, persuasive in email, and clear in documentation.
Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Persistent, proactive, and motivated by measurable outcomes.
Compensation
Target Incentive Range: $100,000-$145,000
Competitive base salary with variable incentive plan tied to appointments booked, pipeline contribution, and opportunities closed.
