Dorrus.com, an innovative travel booking platform, is seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to join our growing remote team!If you're passionate about agile methodologies and helping teams deliver exceptional results, this is the perfect opportunity. Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate
Scrum ceremonies
including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Coach the development team on
Agile best practices
and ensure Scrum principles are followed Remove impediments and
shield the team
from external interruptions and distractions Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the
product backlog
and ensure it's properly prioritized Track and report on
team metrics
to help improve velocity and delivery Facilitate effective
communication
between all stakeholders and the development team Identify and help resolve
team conflicts
and challenges to improve team dynamics Support continuous improvement through
process optimization
and team development Required Skills
Proven experience as a
Scrum Master
or similar role for at least 2 years Strong understanding of
Agile and Scrum frameworks Experience with
Azure DevOps
or similar project management tools Excellent
facilitation and coaching
skills Outstanding
communication and conflict resolution
abilities Familiarity with
software development processes
and terminology Problem-solving mindset
with the ability to identify and remove impediments Experience working with
remote/distributed teams Nice to Have
Scrum certifications such as
CSM, PSM, or SAFe Experience in the
travel/hospitality industry Background in
software development or QA Knowledge of other
Agile methodologies
(Kanban, Lean, XP) Experience with
scaling Agile
in growing organizations Understanding of
DevOps practices
and tools Fully remote
