Department & Team Overview At the heart of our commercial strategy, the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team plays a critical role in unifying sales, marketing, and customer success. This team drives operational excellence by creating scalable processes, leveraging data‑driven insights, and aligning cross‑functional teams to maximise growth and efficiency. Role Purpose We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, helping build scalable solutions that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is an excellent position for someone early in their Salesforce development journey who wants to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to a modern RevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customisation
Assist in developing custom Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows.
Support configuration tasks such as building custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Platform Administration Support
Assist with core administrative activities, including user setup, permissions, and configuration changes.
Support monitoring of system performance and troubleshooting issues under guidance from senior team members.
Document configurations, development work, and system changes.
RevOps Process Enablement
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Assist in building automation and process flows supporting lead management, pipeline tracking, customer lifecycle management, and revenue workflows.
Contribute to dashboards and reporting efforts to support operational visibility.
Data Management
Support data cleansing, imports, exports, and routine data maintenance.
Help maintain data quality and consistency across the revenue funnel.
Assist with account hierarchies, segmentation, and territory‑related data tasks.
User Support & Training
Provide first‑line Salesforce support and escalate complex issues as needed.
Assist in maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Support onboarding of new Salesforce users.
Integrations & Tooling
Support integration work with tools such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Calendly, CPQ systems, and Customer Success platforms.
Collaborate with internal developers or external vendors on API‑related tasks.
Use low‑code integration tools such as Make.com and Celigo to build scalable, maintainable integrations without heavy custom code.
Assist with testing, monitoring, documenting, and maintaining integrations built through Make.com, Celigo, or native Salesforce automation.
Skills and Experience Essential
Proven experience working with Salesforce development.
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (LWC or Aura).
Understanding of Salesforce data models and relationships.
Desirable
Exposure to Apex development practices, version control, and sandbox deployment workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Flow and Data Loader.
Familiarity with platforms such as Pardot or Calendly.
Interest in Revenue Operations principles and GTM processes.
Experience using low‑code integration tools such as Make.com and Celigo.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
