As Sales Acceleration Manager on the Sales Acceleration team, you’ll be part of a specialized overlay sales function dedicated to bringing 1Password’s emerging products and new solutions to market. This is a quota‑carrying role for a driven, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and is motivated by building something new.

What you can expect:
Drive Strategic Growth
Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to uncover high‑value opportunities. Translate data into actionable sales and go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Act as a Strategic Sales Partner
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners, offering expert guidance on positioning, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
Own the Pipeline
Build, manage, and optimize a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management. Ensure efficient deal progression and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Enable Data‑Driven Decisions
Leverage analytics and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) to evaluate performance, identify growth levers, and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to design and execute cohesive strategies that align customer needs with product capabilities and go‑to‑market objectives.
Optimize Sales Execution
Provide actionable feedback to enhance sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximizing conversion rates.
Expand Market Presence
Contribute to the development of new business models, partnerships, and market entry initiatives that position the organization for long‑term growth.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
6+ years of Mid‑Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity within SaaS or cybersecurity.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling—pipeline generation, multi‑stakeholder deal navigation, and value‑based negotiation.
Strong analytical and business acumen with hands‑on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients.
Highly collaborative, with experience working cross‑functionally to align GTM, product, and operational initiatives.
Detail‑oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools preferred.
Growth‑oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous learning.
USA‑based roles: Annual base salary $133,000–$193,000 USD, commission‑eligible, benefits program, paid time off, equity grant, incentive programs.
Canada‑based roles: Annual base salary $130,000–$189,000 CAD, commission‑eligible, benefits program, paid time off, equity grant, incentive programs.
