Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Proactively engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns
Serve as the initial point of contact of our brand, sharing Facet’s mission & value
Build strong rapport and relationships, delivering an exceptional prospect experience
Qualify prospects through outbound calls, converting them into scheduled meetings for sales
Pass qualified prospects to sales to fuel their pipeline and generate revenue
Qualifications
1‑3+ years in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills (conversational, confident, friendly, ability to control dialogue)
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and assist others (customer‑centric)
Sales‑oriented mindset with tenacity, willingness, and perseverance
Ability to overcome objections and influence decision‑making
Ability to learn new systems and in‑house software and tools
Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills
Must meet and consistently maintain minimum WiFi standards: 15+ Mbps upload, 50 Mbps download, Preferred Requirements
Experience in cold calling prospects
Comfortable with change and ability to adjust/pivot in a fast‑paced sales environment
Experience or interest in the financial services industry is a plus
Compensation $50,000–$60,000 OTE
