À propos
We look for talented Data Scientists who can roll up their sleeves and have direct impact on our company metrics. The performance of our models and experiments is seen astonishingly quickly – the learning loop is measured in hours and minutes, not weeks or days. We have built an infrastructure that enables model deployment at both scale and speed, and as data scientists we sit alongside engineering colleagues to get models to production. Who Are You?
Deep expertise in Ad Tech, AI/ML, and data science at scale. Strong mathematical foundation (statistics, probability, algorithms, machine‑learning theory). Proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, and data‑science tools. Experience with big‑data processing and cloud computing. Passion for building models that drive real business value. Required
Master’s in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Analytics, Data Science) or a Bachelor’s from a reputable college with additional relevant experience. 7‑10 years of quantitative work experience, including model building, validation, and deployment. Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques on large datasets. Proficiency in R, Python, or similar statistical platforms, including visualization tools. Comfortable with the big‑data ecosystem and Apache Spark. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud/Vertex AI is a bonus. Strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and business teams. Excellent technical and business communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. High curiosity and a rapid learning mindset. What Will You Do?
Lead one or more data‑science initiatives for inMobi DSP, from project ideation to conceptualization, solution design, measurement, iteration, coaching, deployment, and post‑deployment management. Design, develop, and test product experiments; actively analyse data and build models. Act as the interface with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Business) to align on objectives and outcomes. Identify problem areas where AI can generate the greatest business impact and anchor model design in business context and end‑user needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to iterate and optimize models; tailor techniques to specific problems and incorporate feedback mechanisms. Share insights through blogs, case studies, and industry conference presentations to support thought leadership. InMobi is an equal‑opportunity employer. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
