Accountabilities
Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Product, and other teams to provide business insights.
Become an expert in diverse data sources and work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable analytics metrics database.
Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in care experience and utilization.
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility.
Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests ensuring high data quality.
Guide stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations.
Build automation and self-service analytics solutions using data tools.
Requirements
5+ years of data analysis experience in an industry setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
Strong SQL proficiency with experience in complex queries.
Experience in working with cloud data warehouses and modeling analytic views.
Strong experience defining metrics and developing actionable dashboards.
Experience developing automated analytic solutions involving scripting.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated project ownership and ability to manage project milestones independently.
