Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our clients growing team. based in Dundalk, this role offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions and is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Identify key customers and build strong relationships to generate new sales opportunities and support year-on-year sales growth. Develop and implement marketing plans to reach target audiences through social media, conferences, exhibitions, and other channels. Engage proactively with customers to generate leads, track projects, promote new business lines, and drive sales performance. Champion the needs of new customers and ensure a positive customer experience. Manage the new customer sales pipeline and support incremental sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales and business development activities, including progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). Gather and provide competitor intelligence to support product costing, market development, and product positioning strategies. Provide feedback on issues that may impact customer relationships and business performance. Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of innovative products and service offerings. Work closely with Marketing and Product Management teams to develop campaigns for new technologies and solutions. Qualifications & Experience Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with an interest in data and reporting; experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM or CMS platforms is an advantage.
