The Preventative Maintenance Sales role is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the business! The chosen candidate will promote and sell service agreements (PMAs) for commercial building systems including, Inspections, fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, extinguishers, e-lights and DAS Systems. They will also quote service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers./ppJob Requirements:/pulliPrevious exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines/liliInterested in self and team development as well as adding maximum value in a complex, exciting sales environment/liliGrasps concepts easily and eager for continuous learning opportunities/liliAptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail/li/ulpDesired Qualifications:/pulli3+ years previous progressive sales roles preferred, but not required/liliStrong presentation skills complete with the ability to captivate in both individual and group communications/liliSelling of service and intangibles/liliDemonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process/liliProve-able sales results - acquisition, organic growth and retention/li/ulpSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
