Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas PTA license or ability to obtain required state license prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
- No new graduates. (Client requirement.)
- No first-time travelers. (Client requirement.)
- Experience with general orthopedics required; experience treating TMJ and vestibular conditions preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and seeing 1214 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits. (Client expectation.)
- Willingness to float to other clinics on occasion. (Client requirement.)
- Familiarity with documentation systems typical to outpatient clinics preferred.
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift: Days.
- Primary rate type: 8-hour day expectation with a guaranteed 36 hours and potential to work up to 40 hours.
- Patient population: general orthopedics with some TMJ and vestibular cases.
- Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working any OT hours.
- Floating: Required to float to other clinics on a very limited basis.
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; average 1214 patients per day.
