- One of the largest practices in AL is looking for a polished and organized Gastroenterologist to join their practice in Birmingham
- Must do ERCP and EUS procedures
- Become a partner in one year
- 1:8 hospital rotation for one week, 1:4 weekday call (no hospital work)
- Multispecialty group with 26 physicians
- B/C or B/E
- In-office ancillaries
- Work in an established practice serving upscale patients
- Allscripts EMR, in-office lab procession & x-rays
- CT (new in 2016) can do low dose screening and calcium scores, Ultrasound (2), Echo, Nuclear, Bone Densitometry, retinal imaging, pulmonary function, nuclear studies all in-office
- In-house lab (over 800,000 tests per year)
- Convenient office location within 400 bed-hospital
- 54% Blue Cross, 35% Medicare
- Backlog of 200 gastroenterology cases with upwards of 20 referrals per day
