Description

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in the Tampa (Hillsborough) area. This is an outpatient-only role focused on quality, continuity, and patient-centered care-no hospital rounding or on-call responsibilities. Flexible scheduling available, including a 4-day work week (32 hours).

Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients

• Manage acute and chronic conditions

• Focus on prevention, screenings, and education

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified/Eligible (FM or IM)

• Active or eligible Florida medical license

• Active DEA registration

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Spanish-speaking

• Experience in value-based or managed care
