Job Description This is a remote position.
Job Title: Front End Developer (Shopify)
Location: Remote (USA)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Shopify Plus themes, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
Optimize website performance, focusing on page load speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on best practices.
Integrate third‑party applications and APIs to enhance the functionality of our Shopify Plus stores.
Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end issues and bugs.
Stay up to date with the latest Shopify Plus features, front‑end development trends, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio of Shopify Plus projects.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working within a Scrum framework and understanding of agile principles.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
