As a Contracts Manager, you will: Oversee the delivery of multiple residential apartment developments, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in multi-site residential apartment developments. Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in apartment or high- density residential projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
