Position Overview Zedcor is expanding its sales organization in the Las Vegas area. This role focuses on securing new customers and managing the sales pipeline to achieve a growth plan. Earn an attractive base salary, a company vehicle, industry‑leading uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a high‑level rapport with customers in construction, petrochemical, renewable, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Travel to client locations within the assigned territory, educate clients on Zedcor services, and complete sales contracts.
Generate leads via website, lead‑generation tools, networking, cold calling, and B2B sales methods.
Follow up on prospects using cold‑calling, face‑to‑face meetings, and indirect B2B techniques.
Communicate proactively with all customers quarterly to strengthen relationships.
Complete weekly sales reports and exceed KPI targets.
Gather market data on pricing, client needs, and client size.
Adhere to processes and contract terms as determined by management.
Develop deep product knowledge and become an expert solution provider.
Attend trade shows and training sessions to grow product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and work with management to develop and monitor sales strategy and KPIs.
Enter daily CRM data to keep a clear pipeline of new business.
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of professional sales experience in business development or B2B sales.
Strong hunting skills with a focus on building new business and a proven prospecting, qualifying, and closing track record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven competitive environment.
Self‑starter, driven, and motivated to work independently with little oversight.
Sound decision making and strategic thinking.
Prior outside sales in equipment rental solutions to multiple industries a plus.
Knowledge of security industry and industrial camera solutions beneficial but willing to train.
Class C driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
Full background check required.
Candidate willing to travel approximately 90% of the time, including overnight travel as needed.

• Salary: $70k‑$84k base + uncapped commission.
