12 to 18 months (Chance of extensions) Contract on W2 Typical Day in the Role • Purpose of the Team: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. Key projects: Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes Works on multiple projects as a project team member Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: A degree in information management or a similar or related field is preferred. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5+ years' experience with corporate experience in Program Management in the field of information management, solution management 2. Minimum 4+ years' experience with handling program escalations, technical projects, and working with the engineering team. Assist with the development of business requirements, project plan, test cases, and overall solution validation/testing 3.
