Salary: This position is paying a base salary of $160,000 - $180,000 DOE
The Opportunity We’re recruiting for a driven, strategic and people focused
Inside Sales Manager
to lead, mentor and develop our growing Inside Sales team.
As Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for coaching and developing your team to deliver consistently high-quality interactions, optimize lead generation and conversion, and strengthen Cycle’s presence in rare disease markets. The Inside Sales team engages healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to educate them on rare diseases, patient pathways, and how Cycle’s products can support improved outcomes.
You’ll ensure your team operates with clarity, purpose, and compliance, balancing empathy with performance, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and value. The team work cross-functionally with Field Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure that every engagement reflects our mission of supporting our patients.

What you will be doing
Lead, coach and inspire a team of Rare Disease Account Specialists to deliver outstanding performance across engagement quality, activity metrics and conversion goals.
Oversee daily Inside Sales operations, including outbound call campaigns, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups to healthcare professionals across the US.
Ensure team members are effectively educating HCPs on rare diseases, treatment options, and patient support programs.
Drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management, call productivity and lead conversion using Cycle’s CRM and analytics tools.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align messaging, targeting and account engagement strategies.
Contribute to the development of scripts, educational content and selling resources tailored for virtual engagement.
Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development of Inside Sales team members.
Skills and experience that will help you to succeed in this position
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement and patient pathways.
Prior experience of leading or coaching a sales or customer-facing team (inside sales experience preferred).
Strong understanding of virtual engagement strategies and CRM utilization.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging clinicians remotely.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence without direct authority.
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable with metrics-driven management.
Strong commitment to ethics, compliance, and patient-centred selling.
Ability to travel nationally up to 10% of the time for meetings, training, or conferences.
