divh2Sales Floor Associate (Midday/Evening)/h2pIntermountain Farmers Association, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Sales Floor Associate at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah./ppResponsibilities:/pulliGreet customers as they come into the store./liliShare product knowledge and expertise with customers and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service./liliProvide customers with solutions to assist with their needs./liliAssist customers with their purchases including some parts assembly when needed./liliMaintain a well-organized and clean area./liliEffectively present information and respond to questions from customers in an informative, timely and cheerful manner./li/ulpQualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 2-4 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience. Exceptional customer service skills a necessity. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and sales minded. Experience with operating a cash register with additional experience using other computer software and programs. Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions.
