Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $20 USD Each role includes an estimated salary range based on the budgeted compensation. The final rate of pay will be included in the offer and is determined by experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities include:

• Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.
• Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.
• Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident's room neat and tidy.
• Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.
• Monitors and reports health changes of residents.
