Outside Sales / Account Manager
We are seeking a driven Outside Sales / Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships while driving revenue. This role involves building a strong referral network, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct in-person meetings, networking events, and client visits
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Educate clients on services and provide ongoing support
- Travel regionally for meetings, events, and business development
- 2+ years of experience in outside or inside sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable with frequent travel
