The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads to identify sales opportunities.
• Proactively prospect and cold-call potential customers in target markets.
• Present and demonstrate manufacturing products and solutions to prospective clients via virtual meetings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals, negotiating terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with outside sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an inside sales role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes or industrial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to effectively qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM with a manufacturing-specific module.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Understanding of technical drawings or blueprints.
