The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring store standards and compliance with operational expectations. Responsibilities include merchandising, supervisory duties, customer service oversight, and effective communication of company directives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail supervisory experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in English, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
