Assistant Store Leader

Seeking a full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) who has the desire and capability to grow within our company! We are a professional tanning & wellness salon that seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures
• Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.
• Set example for staff

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check (Drug-Free Workplace)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.
• Leadership experience required
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Availability including nights and weekends a must

Current Hours of Operation

• Monday-Friday 9:30am-8:30pm (Last Tan at 8:30pm)
• Saturday 9:30am-6pm (Last Tan at 6pm)
• Sunday 11am-6pm (Last Tan at 6pm)

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
