divh2Territory Sales Lead/h2pThe majority of responsibility for the Territory Sales Lead is the supervision and development of the assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The Territory Sales Lead will also be responsible for project completion, stocking and maintaining the areas we are responsible for, and store communication. This responsibility is demonstrated by effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other projects deemed necessary. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the Market Sales Manager./ppWhat would you do in this role?/ppDUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:/pulliBuild rapport through daily communication with store associates and management/liliTrain, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates/liliEducate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our clients brands and product lines/liliMaintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations/liliHave detailed knowledge of all company policies/liliCommunicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager/liliKnowledgeable, detailed understanding, and consistent use of all available functions of the handheld device/liliMaintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality/li/ulpREQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS, including but not limited to the following:/pulliLifting objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs, in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs with assistance from another associate/liliWork performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking/liliWork performed will entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility/liliExperience/comfort level with electronics/technical products/liliIndependent and self-motivated/liliMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends/liliHigh School diploma or equivalency certification required/liliA valid drivers license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary/liliAutomobile liability insurance is required to be maintained/liliComputer, printing capability, internet access, and email required/liliCustomer service or sales experience required/liliMust be eligible to work in the U.S./liliA minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time./li/ulpOther Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
