Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

divh2Job Opportunity/h2pThe job offers a salary range of $31-$35. The working hours are 35 hours per week. The schedule is Monday to Friday with a weekend rotation. The job is based in a 119 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with four nursing home halls, one of which is dedicated to short-term stays. The facility is privately owned with the owner acting as the administrator. Many of the administrative and hall staff have been with the owner for over 20 years. The owner is pro-rehab and maintains an excellent relationship with the therapy department. There is a strong relationship between the therapy department and all other departments. The facility has been recently remodeled and redecorated, including the rehab gym. The facility has a large outdoor area with a patio that is fully under the control of the therapy department. The patient population is primarily geriatric, but there are increasing numbers of middle-aged residents. The therapy team consists of three full-time therapists, each with over 25 years of experience./p/div
