Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
