Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for a high‑growth, fully remote SaaS company selling into large, complex organizations across the US.
This role is ideal for a proactive, research‑driven prospector who thrives on uncovering opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers, and laying the foundation for seven‑figure enterprise deals.
Role Overview Location:
Remote – USA
Base Salary:
Up to $95,000 (DOE)
On‑Target Earnings:
Up to $155,000 (uncapped commission)
Target Market:
Enterprise / Fortune 1000
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities within your assigned enterprise territories and named accounts.
Use a combination of LinkedIn, email sequencing, cold calling, and personalized outreach to secure high‑quality meetings with VP and C‑level stakeholders.
Build deep understanding of target accounts, identifying business initiatives, key challenges, and potential use cases for the company’s solution.
Craft tailored messaging and outreach strategies aligned with industry trends and enterprise buyer priorities.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to build strategic account plans and guide opportunities through early‑stage pipeline.
Maintain and update CRM activity accurately while tracking engagement metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.
Partner with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and process efficiency.
Represent the brand in a professional, consultative manner—building trust and thought leadership in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in outbound prospecting (ideally within SaaS or technology sales), targeting Enterprise or upper mid‑market accounts.
Proven success generating pipeline through strategic, multi‑channel outreach.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging senior executives.
Familiarity with enterprise buying committees, discovery frameworks, and account‑based selling tactics.
Skilled at using modern go‑to‑market tech (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.).
Self‑motivated, data‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
Curiosity and resilience—persistent follow‑up and a growth mindset are key to success.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (realistic $155,000 OTE).
