We\'re hiring! Lineup Publishing is looking for a Content Production Coordinator to join our team remotely. This is the operational backbone of our content team — you\'ll own the full production workflow from brief creation to QA, manage a pool of freelance writers, and keep everything running on time and to standard. CET ±3 hours, optional hybrid from Malta. Responsibilities
Create content briefs from templates and keyword data Assign and manage writer workload across the freelance pool Monitor the pipeline daily — chasing deadlines, flagging blockers, escalating where needed Run QA checks and support weekly SEO audits Source, recruit, and onboard new freelance writers Handle freelancer invoice processing Qualifications
Experience in content production, project management, or editorial ops Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and iGaming Excellent English (written and verbal) Familiarity with SEO workflows, keyword-driven briefs, and on-page fundamentals Experience with tools like
Monday.com
and WordPress Application
