Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative, based in our Houston regional office and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support while driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to launch a career in a highly respected sales organization while gaining valuable industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact from initial inquiry through final delivery Prepare proposals and clearly communicate details to customers Source materials to meet non-inventory customer requirements Represent Tioga professionally in all interactions with customers, vendors, contractors, and colleagues Interpret and communicate product specifications Manage orders from inquiry to fulfillment Maintain CRM records and follow up on customer inquiries Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers Proactively follow up and close sales opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong business acumen with a sales-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large data sets Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude Personal Attributes
