ompensation & benefits
Base salary: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and paid sick time CE stipend and paid CE days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Professional liability insurance covered Reimbursement for state licensure and DEA registration Additional benefits and resources available

Your days are built around intentional scheduling and strong support, allowing you to focus on medicine, not rushing the clock. 30-minute appointments with time to educate and connect Two-doctor days, averaging 20–25 appointments per doctor Dedicated surgery days Growing, engaged support staff A team that values efficiency, teamwork, and helping each other succeed
The practice
4 exam rooms + a dedicated comfort room Surgery suite with two tables Dental wet table Digital dental and full-body radiographs Ultrasound, endoscope, and therapeutic laser IDEXX in-house diagnostics: ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, inVue No boarding or grooming
