Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Part‑Time) YO HR Consultancy is looking for early‑career Machine Learning Engineers or PhD candidates with a passion for innovation and impact to join our remote, asynchronous team.
Schedule & Commitment
Remote, asynchronous – set your own hours
~20 hours/week
Through December 22 2025, with potential extension to 2026
Responsibilities
Draft detailed natural‑language plans and code implementations for ML tasks.
Convert novel ML problems into agent‑executable tasks for reinforcement learning environments.
Identify failure modes and apply golden patches to LLM‑generated trajectories for ML tasks.
Qualifications
0–2 years as an ML Engineer or PhD in Computer Science (ML coursework required).
Contributor to ML benchmarks (bonus).
Must be based in the United States.
Compensation & Terms
Rate: $80–$120 per hour, depending on region and experience.
Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect.
