Responsibilities:
Implement security measures to protect data and systems, collaborating with the security team.
Develop and deploy automated workflows for routine tasks such as software updates, system monitoring, and user provisioning.
Perform basic network management (firewalls, switches, and wireless).
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot systems including Macs, PCs, Windows 10, macOS, Google Workspace, wireless devices, antivirus software, and security software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues at level 2 or level 3.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
Manage and deploy Macs and PCs using automation processes.
Administer SaaS applications.
Handle off‑boarding and on‑boarding of personnel.
Manage all MDM devices such as phones, monitors, and laptops.
Maintain internal tools and integrations.
Provide remote or on‑site support for all personnel.
Offer white‑glove concierge service for all staff, including C‑suites and VPs.
Maintain strong documentation and communication skills.
Exhibit a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and IT best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in system administration or senior helpdesk roles.
Experience in finance or startup environments.
MDM experience is a must.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
Strong knowledge of IT and security best practices.
Scripting skills for macOS and Windows.
IAM tool experience is a must.
ITSM ticketing system experience is a must.
VPN client administration.
Self‑starter capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Optional: certifications.
