Responsibilities Open-Source Development & Community Leadership
Contribute directly to our OSS framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and cutting-edge TypeScript practices.
Create compelling demos, documentation, and tutorials to showcase framework capabilities and drive adoption.
Actively engage with the community on Discord/Twitter: troubleshoot issues, discuss solutions, and gather feedback to refine the framework.
Promote the framework through technical content, workshops, and real-world use case examples.
Collaborate with contributors to review code, design architecture, and evolve the project roadmap.
Quality & Advocacy
Champion best practices in TypeScript: rigorous testing (unit/integration/E2E), clean code, and modular design.
Solicit and incorporate community feedback to ensure the framework meets developer needs.
Represent Xava Labs at virtual events and developer forums.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional TypeScript/JavaScript experience.
Passion for open-source culture and community-driven development.
Proven ability to create technical content (docs, tutorials, demos) and engage developers on Discord/Twitter.
Expertise in building high-quality, well-tested libraries/frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills for technical discussions and public advocacy.
Bonus: Experience with AI/agent systems, Web3, or decentralized technologies.
