We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer with deep technical expertise in DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD to join a growing enterprise-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering capabilities with customer-facing communication skills — a technical expert who can read and analyze code, understand security vulnerabilities, work within CI/CD environments, and effectively engage with senior technical stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles. This position is remote on the West Coast, with a preference for candidates located near San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement. Approximately 25% travel is expected for customer meetings, industry events, and company gatherings. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead throughout enterprise sales engagements. Become a subject matter expert on the platform and support integration into customer CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and application security programs. Conduct technical discovery sessions, troubleshoot challenges, and advise customers on solution architecture and implementation strategies. Own Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements from start to finish, including defining success metrics, configuring environments, and demonstrating technical outcomes. Develop or customize detection rules to identify vulnerabilities and showcase technical expertise. Clearly articulate the platform’s technical advantages to security engineers, DevOps teams, developers, and executive stakeholders. Improve customer experience by streamlining demos, enhancing automation, and creating educational or enablement content. Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities, typically involving large-scale, long-term engagements. Contribute to the growth and scalability of the Solutions Engineering organization through process improvements, best practices, and team enablement initiatives.
