About the Role – Analyst, People Analytics We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious People Analytics Analyst to join our growing People Team. This role will play a key part in using data to drive people decisions across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across the People function to deliver insights, build reports, and shape our analytics capability.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports on people metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring, tenure, workforce changes).
Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and insights across the People Team.
Translate business questions into structured data analyses and dashboards.
Maintain data quality, consistency, and hygiene across systems and files.
Conduct exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and root causes.
Transition reports from Excel to Power BI (support provided).
Own calculated fields, data dictionaries, and change logs.
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve analytics processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, structuring, cleaning).
Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools (with willingness to learn quickly).
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics (internships included).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to clearly communicate insights and actions.
Comfort working with confidential HR data and maintaining discretion.
Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Darwinbox).
Experience working with HR/People team stakeholders.
Exposure to SQL, Python, or R (a plus, not mandatory).
