MEP Project Manager Vendor & OFCI Packages Hyperscale Data Centre | Europe Were recruiting an experiencedMEP Project Managerto take ownership ofOwner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) and vendor-packaged MEP systemson amajor hyperscale data center projectinGroningen, The Netherlands. This role sits within a leading GC / MEP contractor delivering complex, high-tech projects across the data center sector. Benefits: Salary circa €100K €110k DOE Generous living away allowance (in addition to salary). Accommodation and utility bills. Regular return flights (17/4) Pension. Responsibilities: Manage OFCI & vendor-packaged MEP systems from procurement through installation and commissioning Act as main interface with global equipment vendors Coordinate closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams Control delivery schedules, logistics, and Programme interfaces Lead technical reviews, RFIs, inspections, snagging, and progress reporting.
