To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager, Analytics will design dashboards and reporting tools, develop data models for business performance metrics, and lead cross-functional projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Design reliable, accurate dashboards and reporting tools to support Sales and operational teams Develop data models to define financial and business performance metrics from source data through user-friendly reporting layers Lead cross-functional projects to create tooling and datasets, enabling operational teams to self-serve basic data needs
Required qualifications
5+ years of SQL experience with a strong ability to write complex queries 3+ years of data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau or Looker Experience in a Sales or GTM organization, familiar with sales models like rep productivity and quota modeling Hands-on experience with data model development and ETL processes, familiar with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to senior management
