Responsibilities
Phone and Zoom based sales
Working warm leads people who requested information
Commission only compensation with no income cap
Structured training with ongoing coaching
Clear promotion path for producers
Qualifications
Life and Health license or willingness to obtain
Must be located in the United States
Willingness to make calls and follow a proven system
Required Skills
Strong communicators who can listen and lead
People who take ownership of results
Comfortable with performance based income
