Position type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Location: Remote (worldwide)
Job Description
Lead and manage DevOps practices across development, staging, and production environments
Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for modern web applications
Manage cloud infrastructure using modern, scalable architectures
Ensure system reliability, uptime, performance, and security
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively detect issues
Collaborate closely with engineering teams working with React.js, Node.js, and related technologies
Support infrastructure needs for internal tools, client‑facing platforms, and integrations
Enforce best practices for version control, deployment, access control, and compliance
Use AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency in coding, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management
Lead incident response and post‑mortem processes when needed
Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operational standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead, or Senior DevOps Engineer
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript‑based stacks, including React.js and Node.js
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and infrastructure automation
Familiarity with AI‑assisted development and automation tools for coding and DevOps workflows
Solid understanding of system security, performance optimization, and scalability
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
