Full-Time Responsibilities
Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring efficient data processing and storage to improve accuracy, efficiency and to reduce costs. Develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle. Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, and respond to suggestions for enhancements. Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation. Data Management
Define and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata documentation to support data governance and compliance. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to data infrastructure, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications
Proven experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data warehousing Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation, scripting, and automation Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Pandas Experience working with Git, SQL, and JavaScript Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, data modeling principles, and data architecture concepts Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS for data storage, processing, and analytics Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to leadership and non-technical stakeholders Additional Skills
Experience with data exploration and analysis, developing analytical models, and utilizing statistics to produce actionable business insights Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, and other sales-related software like Outreach, Gong, etc., is a plus Number of Openings:
