Shape the future of HCP Media The Content Strategy Lead, Curie will be the architect of Curie’s content and product strategy, owning the systems, priorities, and frameworks that shape what Curie creates, how it evolves, and how users experience it. This role is not just about optimizing existing formats but about experimenting with new ones, blending product thinking with storytelling to transform Curie into a scalable, high‑impact destination for healthcare professionals.
Location This position is remote in one of the following states only: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IN, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, TX, UT, VA, WI.
Your Responsibilities will Include
Content Strategy & Systems
Design and implement scalable content systems and workflows that enable efficient production of Briefs, Games, Podcasts, and Newsletters, leveraging automation, tooling, and process optimization.
Vision and Strategy Leadership
Set the overarching content vision, establish editorial standards, and ensure every Curie experience informs, engages, and builds trust with healthcare professionals.
Experimentation & Innovation
Run experiments with new content formats and verticals (e.g., video, interactive tools, clinical calculators, CME) to expand Curie’s value proposition and identify new growth areas.
Content Creation & Hosting
Create, write, and host engaging multimedia content that informs, entertains, and strengthens Curie’s connection with healthcare professionals.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with Design to enhance content discoverability and navigation. Work with Tech to build the automation and infrastructure that powers Curie’s content engine.
Growth & Monetization
Collaborate with the Growth Lead to analyze engagement data and funnel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in content, format, or UX; partner with the Monetization Lead to align content strategy with revenue opportunities.
Required Skills / Experience
2–4 years of experience in editorial, product, or content strategy
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
Proven ability to build and scale content systems (e.g., workflows, tooling)
Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment with automation; skilled at partnering cross‑functionally to shape strategies and run experiments
Able to translate insights from other teams into editorial and product decisions
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment with a steep learning curve
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward experimentation, iteration, and scaling what works; strong storytelling and editorial judgment with deep curiosity and empathy for HCP use
Experience in healthcare is a plus
