We are seeking a passionate and experienced technology Pre‑Sales Solution Architect to drive results by leading, scoping, estimating, and supporting Microsoft technology consulting services sales.
Success requires deep understanding of consulting and solution selling, Microsoft 365, and the ability to elicit, identify, and map customer needs to services and solutions we can provide. The role demands independence, self‑management, continuous learning, and effective remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
Operate as a Modern Workplace subject‑matter expert who can design technical solutions and showcase 2toLead capabilities aligned with client outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor solving challenging technical and business problems.
Build strong, direct relationships with senior technical contacts, understanding customer architectures and solution offerings for Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, identify unmet needs, and recommend value‑optimizing solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Team on project estimates and provide a solution‑oriented approach.
Identify and address risks in solutions or proposals.
Maintain knowledge of emerging industry trends, technologies, and issues.
Offer design and configuration best practices aligned with service deployment.
Deliver clear presentations and sell effectively to mid‑to‑large enterprise and corporate customers.
Engage comfortably with senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Prioritize work to maximize impact on team productivity and profit.
Communicate requirements effectively to sales, marketing, delivery, and engineering teams.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and cross‑group collaboration.
Achieve high‑quality results in ambiguous environments.
Manage time and organization to handle an interrupt‑driven pipeline.
Build rapport and communicate with all levels of 2toLead and the customer.
Integrate technical, business, market, and environmental conditions into compelling solutions.
Experience Having these skill sets you will succeed early on:
Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or Information Systems, or related qualifying work experience.
Fundamental understanding of solution cost modelling and business casing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and PowerPoint.
2+ years of technical experience with deep knowledge of key current trends in cloud services.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and/or Power Platform migrations, solution development, architecture, or consulting.
2+ years, preferably with sales experience related to professional services and/or Microsoft partners.
Cloud certification(s) are a bonus.
