HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Developer for a leading healthcare organization. This remote role focuses on designing and deploying data analytics solutions across the enterprise, with strong emphasis on Epic Clarity/Caboodle platforms and healthcare data insights. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare analytics while working with cutting-edge BI technologies in a fully remote environment. Opportunity Summary Fully remote position (Pacific Time Zone hours) Focus on Epic Clarity and Caboodle data analytics Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across healthcare enterprise Opportunity to convert healthcare data into actionable insights Primary Responsibilities Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, and SSRS Build functional data marts for stakeholder analytics Maintain and extend Epic Caboodle platform with custom data modeling components Create data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support business decision-making Implement data quality and integrity best practices Support enterprise data standards and master data management initiatives Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate into BI solutions Key Qualifications Current Epic Clarity-Caboodle Development certifications are essential 5+ years of hands on experience creating reports and analytics using Epic data 7+ years of proven experience in database development and BI reporting Strong experience creating content to display Epic data from Clarity and Caboodle Advanced knowledge of SQL, including window functions and common table expressions Expert knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, and dynamic data visualization tools Experience with Microsoft BI stack and ETL tools (SSIS, ADF) Advanced knowledge of healthcare data structures and Epic EHR systems Sound knowledge of healthcare and health plan workflows Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or healthcare discipline Seniority level
