The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst uses Power BI, SQL, and other tools to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support organizational decision-making and business growth. Primary Responsibilities
Develop data transformations, reports, and data models to support business needs. Apply BI tools and techniques to analytics projects. Improve and automate data assets and maintain documentation. Build BI programs to process, extract, and summarize data across datasets. Monitor scheduled and automated data processes. Create data models that support business intelligence reporting. Reconcile system data regularly to ensure accuracy. Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights. Analyze and optimize queries for performance and accuracy. Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. Experience working with data sources and building data models, especially in Power BI. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI data models, SharePoint, and Power Automate. Understanding of SQL database management practices. Ability to learn data security models (e.g., Row-Level Security). Ability to learn query optimization techniques for large datasets. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years in analytics or reporting. Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities independently.
