Oversee the daily execution and optimization of Sundance Collabs digital products. Serve as a key liaison across Sundance Collab, supporting team operations, contractor coordination, content management, and technical workflows. Ensure continuity of operations during a period of organizational planning. Manage institutional records and organization for all activity on Sundance Collab, including overseeing the Video Library. Manage daily operations for digital event delivery (courses, webinars, master classes), and oversee post-production activities for self-paced courses. Ensure products are delivered to spec and that technical support staff are trained on new processes. Administer and maintain Sundance Collab platform content and operational workflows including QA/testing support and coordination with developers on issue resolution and feature rollouts. Conduct routine reporting and assessments of digital projects. Manage the process for setting up instructor contracts and processing invoices for payment, ensuring all administrative back-end tasks are completed on time. Drive the implementation of scalable support systems, including automation and knowledge base development, to improve response efficiency. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements across Collab systems and processes. Support the platforms digital analytics strategy by tracking performance indicators and preparing department update decks. Support the Marketing team with various related duties. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital operations, project coordination, process improvement, or related operational work. Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while collaborating across teams to meet shared goals and deadlines. Proficiency with Google Suite, AirTable, Asana, Zoom, Stripe, Netsuite, and CRM/Support tools (e.g., ZohoDesk). Comfort and aptitude for conducting training and presentations to internal teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities with attention to detail. A passion for independent storytelling and an understanding of the arts and culture nonprofit landscape. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Benefits:
