Job description: We are looking for experiencedTemporary Administrative Support for our site in Cork Your Role: You will work within the Customer Services / Supply Chain department You will maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets & filing systems You will complete other general administrative tasks Profile description: Your Profile: You have relevant administrative education, or minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent You have Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) You have strong organisational and time-management skills You show high attention to detail and accuracy You have the ability to handle a busy workload and to deliver results on time You have the ability to handle confidential information discreetly You have a professional approach at all times We offer: Our Offer This temporary position will help you gain additional hands-on experience that can support your long-term development goals.
