Key Responsibilities:
•
Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
•
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
•
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications, hardware, and configurations.
•
Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
•
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices.
•
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery solutions.
•
Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
•
Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to support business needs.
•
Stay current with new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•
Proven experience as 8+ years in Network Administrator or similar role.
•
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
•
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
•
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
•
Familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
•
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking) preferred.
•
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
•
Experience with enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).

•
Experience with SD-WAN and network virtualization.
•
Experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure).
•
Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
•
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
