Position Summary
Support the People Analytics and Workforce Planning team with initiatives to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes and enhance documentation standards.
Assist in data validation, analysis, and insights generation in support of HR and business stakeholders using platforms such as SAP and Tableau.
Job shadow cross‑functional teams within HR Strategy and Insights CoE as well as the broader Human Resources organization.
Learn how to use Miscrosoft Office within a business environment: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
Complete summer project and present to Bunge leadership.
