HR Executive / D22 Our client is a very exciting growing business seeking a strong generalist to support the Head of HR. The HR Executive supports key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, talent planning and HR administration. The role helps deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working model. €45K- €50K. The Role: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, inductions and pre-employment checks Maintain recruitment metrics and support employer branding initiatives Ensure probation reviews are completed on time Training & Development Coordinate learning and development activities Maintain training records and compliance tracking Support training needs analysis and development plans Talent & Workforce Support Assist with performance reviews, succession planning and workforce planning Maintain talent data and support employee engagement and retention initiatives HR Administration Maintain accurate HR records on BambooHR Prepare contracts and HR documentation Support payroll processes and employee queries Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies The Candidate: Proven HR recruitment and generalist experience Strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice Experience with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR) and MS Office High attention to detail and professionalism Third-level degree and CIPD qualification preferred Skills: HR Recruitment Onboarding Training and Talent planning HR Admin Irish Employment Law and HR practice see spec Benefits: Contract
